The power of Gas-oil valve is the gas in the pipe or Nitrogen in Nitrogen cylinder. External energy is not required.The valve can monitor the gas pressure in the pipeline and can be automatically closed when the pipe is leaking or bursting,so as to avoid personal injury and economic losses caused by the leakage of natural gas. At present, SHAFER Gas-oil valve is commonly used in long distance natural gas pipeline in our country. Not only is this device expensive,and inconvenient in operation and maintenance.Based on the analysis of working principle and structure of the Gas-oil valve commonly used in our country, on the basis of combining the special function requirement of Gas-oil valve, design a new type of Pneumo- hydraulic system, including Pneumatic control module, Emergency shutoff device, Gas-liquid conversion tank, Manual emergency device and Pneumo-hydraulic actuator. It can automatically close valve, switch valve by gas and manual pump. And design Pneumo-hydraulic actuator and Emergency shutoff device partly, as follow:(1) The force of different working position of the fork actuator were analyzed. The minimum output torque of fork actuator was sought. The relation was sought during the output torque of fork actuator, the output force of hydraulic cylinder and the distance between the center of the piston rod and the pivot center of fork. The whole structural size of fork actuator is compact, through select the reasonable parameters value.(2) The structure size of the hydraulic cylinder determines the minimum volume and oil storage capacity of the gas-liquid conversion tank. It is also a reference for the design of the manual pump. In this paper, hydraulic cylinder was designed, and detailed hydraulic cylinder parts drawings and assembly drawings were drawn. The working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted.(3) The key components of emergency shut-off device was designed and calculated. The pneumatic valve based on different pressure control can be used to monitor the pipeline pressure. And the valve core adopt a unsymmetrical structure, and reduce the overall size of the pneumatic valve.Gas-oil valve as a pipeline valve, was required to have higher reliability. In order to improve the reliability and shorten the development cycle of design, the stress and deformation of valve body, bonnet, valve neck, valve sleeve and ball of Fully-welded ball valve were analysed by simulation software on the basis of traditional design. The design results are verified though analysis, and the unreasonable in design was improved.
