With the development of integrative strategy of coal and electricity and the construction of coal-fired power bases in China, numerous high-voltage transmission lines have to be constructed in mining subsidence area. Due to geometric non-linearity of conductor and ground wire and coupling effect between tower and line, high-voltage transmission tower, a high-rise structure, is likely to occur severe vibration and collapse. Wind-induced response analysis of transmission tower-line system is of the scientific significance and the value of engineering applications to ensure transmission lines working while coal mining. The method of weighted amplitude wave superposition is adopted to simulate fluctuating wind load by Matlab. The simulated fluctuating wind time history of points is provided with verifying the validity and reliability of simulation method as well. Finite element model of “three towers four lines” transmission tower-line system is established. Modal Analysis of transmission tower, conductor and ground wire, tower-line system is executed. It turns out that considering the effect of conductor and ground vibration frequency of tower-line system is smaller than single tower in different extent in X,Y and torsional direction.Dynamic Analysis of single tower and tower-line system is conducted under wind load by ANSYS. Because of coupling effect between tower and line, vibration of transmission tower-line system is more complex than single tower under the same wind load. Coupling effect between tower and line amplify vibration of structure. Wind-induced response analysis of transmission tower-line system is studied and compared under different wind load. Research shows that with the wind load Increasing the coupling effect between tower and line is more obvious. It’s necessary to take the coupling effect between tower and line into consideration under strong wind.Wind-induced response of transmission tower-line system influenced by three single ground surface deformation such as subsidence, movement and inclination is researched. Movement and inclination along the transmission lines have a great influence on Wind-induced response of transmission tower-line system. It’s due to dynamic tension on suspension point’s both sides is no longer equal causing comparatively large unbalanced tensile force of conductor and ground wire, subsidence has no influence on transmission tower-line system. Combined with specific engineering example, regularity of wind-induced response analysis of transmission tower-line system is studied in maximum subsidence position, maximum inclination position and maximum horizon deformation position in mining subsidence area.
