In present, the concrete materials are widely used in garden engineering,exposed to the harsh environment at low temperature for concrete project of gardens,freeze-thaw damage concrete facilities is an important problem. Paper, for an increasing number of freeze-thaw damage problem from the concrete freezing and thawing damage mechanism analysis, discussed from the aspects of active materials to control and improve the frost resistance durability of concrete, paper using alkaline mineral aggregate as aggregate antifreeze performance of concrete can be improved.Based on the hydrophilic properties; The temperature coefficient of linear expansion; Stone powder content; Important chemical reactions of alkaline mineral aggregate and concrete, alkaline mineral aggregate as aggregate to theoretical basis to improve the performance of concrete antifreeze. Using limestone alkaline mineral aggregate(SiO2 content of 1.01%) and basalt in basic mineral aggregate(SiO2content of 53.5%) test comparison. When carries on the concrete strength experiment using orthogonal experiment, the mixture ratio design method of geometric bulk density, from coarse aggregate gradation scope, water-binder ratio, dosage of gelled material, sand ratio, four factors to determine the alkaline mineral aggregate limestone mixture ratio design of concrete through the best can meet the strength requirements in construction.For antifreeze experiment is divided into two main parts:(1) antifreeze mortar experiment, through the analysis of experimental first alkaline fine aggregate mortar to improve the performance of antifreeze.(2) the concrete frost resistance experiment,when the concrete frost resistance experiments using coarse aggregate gradation in "fine" gradation scope, cement ratio is 0.32, sand ratio for 43, dosage of gelled material mixture ratio for 470(kg/m3), analyze the improvement of the performance of the limestone aggregate on concrete frost resistance is better than that of basalt concrete. When antifreezing experiments in order to comply with the engineering practice and the ability to comparing the group discussion, the more reasonable added mineral admixture, 15% 15% of fly ash, slag, silica fume 7%. Antifreeze experimental data through the analysis of relative dynamic elastic modulus and mass loss were analyzed. At the end of the experiment through the frost resistance of concrete test piece bibulous rate experiment, and the use of TORRRNT permeameter permeability experiment was carried out on the specimen to evaluate alkaline mineral aggregate concrete durability, to show that the alkaline mineral aggregate frost resistance durability of concrete is of great significance.Through the above research, with alkaline mineral raw materials of limestone for cement concrete aggregate can be configured with good mechanical performance,frost resistance durability of concrete, from the Angle of aggregate lithology to enhance antifreeze performance of concrete, it is of great significance.
