Husk mortar energy-saving wallboard is a new type of energy-saving composite wallboard with new materials and new type of structure which brings excellently energy-saving performance. However, it’s working mechanism complex. Moreover, a large number of test data are not fully utilized in structural analysis of the new type of energy-saving composite wallboard. Therefore, in this paper, the stressing state analysis theory and method of structure are used to analyze the experimental data of the wallboard, which combined with ANSYS reveal the working characteristics of wallboard, then the method and criterion to predict the bearing capacity of wall is purposed. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the basic concepts related to the stressing state analysis theory of structure were described in details which are used to analyze the experimental data of this new type of wallboard. And the normalized approximate strain energy sums of the wallboard were used as the parameter of the structural stress state in the analysis. In addition, build stressing state’s mode which is based on strain energy to analysis the change of the stressing state at the failure point. At the same time, the change trend of the local response characteristics, such as the strain and displacement, was investigated to reveal the difference between the overall and local working state of wallboards.Secondly, the failure load was determined by investigating the changing trend of the normalized approximate strain energy sum of the wallboard which reveals the characteristic of the numerical model of the working state by using test data. The influence of different loading modes and openings on structural stress state and failure load was made by comparing the working status of wallboards with different structural forms. Moreover, based on the observation of the characteristic curve and the analysis of the test data, an empirical formula was put forward to study the relationship between the failure load and the characteristic parameter, and the correctness of empirical formula was verified by experimental data.Then, the finite element model of husk mortar energy-saving wallboards were established by ANSYS and the finite element results were compared with the experimental results from three aspects: ultimate load, destroy mode and load displacement curve, which verified the correctness of the finite element model.At last, based on ANSYS simulation results, the stress state of husk mortar energy-saving wallboards was analyzed, and the results were compared with the experimental results which further verified stressing state analysis theory of structure by the finite element method.
