With the development of industrial society, human demand for energy is increasing, the consumption of fossil energy, bring a series of environmental problems,the urgent need for human development and utilization of new energy sources to meet growing energy demand. Photovoltaic power generation as the representative of the new energy for people to provide a new source of energy, paper rely on integrated vehicle applied in photovoltaic power generation systems,hardware system of single-phase charging and inverter integrated vehicle for off-grid was studied and designed.Fristly thesis analyzed the charging and inverter integrated vehicle background and development situation at home and abroad, compared the applications and features with common UPS,and focused on the function of the integrated vehicle in the PV system application, compared and analyzed a variety topologies of single-phase inverter and single-phase rectifier according to the charging function and an inverter function, determined with a 3kW off-grid integrated vehicle primary topology and the main circuit parameters for each of the major key elements of the main circuit design selection finally.Secondly, the working principle of the main circuit analyzed and determine the unipoplar SPWM modulation, based on the state space averaging method of single-phase VSR, combined with the main circuit design parameters, use the Saber software simulation to verify the feasibility of the design of the main circuit parameters on single-phase inverter and single-phase charging function.Next, determined the control board hardware system designed to Freescale K60 microcontroller as the core, a detailed analysis of the smallest system circuit K60, AD sampling circuit, PWM drive circuit design and process, complete the schematic of the main circuit and control circuits and PCB design.Finally, design of a 3kW off-grid charging and inverter test prototype integrated vehicle based on Freescale K60 microcontroller, combined with software design,carried out test results.
