Steel wire mesh and polymer mortar is a new reinforcement technology, has the characteristics of good durability, light weight,environmental protection。Scholars of domestic and foreignon the steel wire mesh and polymer mortar reinforced concrete beam column is relatively perfect,and the study on the reinforcement effect of the transverse prestressed steel strand is less.On the basis of experiment,The ABAQUS simulation experiment of 5 transverse prestressed steel strand polymer mortar small eccentrically loaded reinforced concrete columns,1 contrast column,the other 4 root is applied from the initial prestress test columns of different sizes and different eccentricity,Finite element simulation results are in good agreement with experimental results.In addition,Based on finite element simulation and experimental results is coincide. Establishment the Finite Element Model of transverse prestressed steel strand polymer reinforced concrete column Including five kinds of prestressed level、Six eccentricity、Three kinds of steel wire spacing And the prestressed steel strand, spacing and eccentricity influence factor made a comparative analysis in detail. Study on the failure characteristics, reinforcement material of eccentric compression column on load strain law of development.Finite element simulation results show,When the small eccentricity and axial pressure transverse prestressing steel wire and polymer mortar reinforced concrete columns strengthened with good effect.Effect of small eccentric compression column effect of transverse steel strand spacing is larger than the Transverse prestress prestressed reinforcement and polymer mortar,The most reasonable level of prestressed tensile strength in the limit of 0.6 times. At the same time puts forward the restriction of prestressed steel strand concrete peak calculation method of stress and strain, the paper puts forward the formula of the bearing capacity of eccentric compression column strengthened with prestressed steel strand and polymer mortar.
