With nearly ten years strongly development of high speed railway, our country has been built "four vertical and four horizontal" as the backbone of the world’s largest and highest operating speed of high-speed railway network, accounting for more than 60% of the global high-speed rail operation mileage. speed of operation high-speed train has reached 200 kilometers or more. With the improvement of the train running speed, some problems which can be ignored before become prominent, and the out of round wear of high-speed trains is one of them. The most common out of round wear is called harmonic wear, which is characterized by the periodic change of wheel tread wear.Out of round wear change the wheel tread profile,then the wheel and rail rolling contact solution will also change, wheel rail contact relation is the core of the whole vehicle running, but also is the key factors to affect the transient dynamics of wheel / rail contact. Classic of the wheel rail contact creep sliding theory was used to calculate the interaction force between contact surfaces, but by the limitations of the Hertz assumption, it can’t be work when the wheel / rail has two points contact and conformal contact problem, and also can’t be used to analysis transient contact characteristics of high speed train operation condition, effect for wheel harmonic excitation of rail and sleeper space vibration of the wheel rail contact is unable to accurately simulate, and the wheel / rail contact transient dynamics itself is a dynamic problem. High-speed train operation, railway rails and concrete foundation under wheel harmonic excitation will expression certain soft body characteristics and space coupling vibration affection. At the same time, the coupling vibration feedback to the wheel / rail rolling contact, further deterioration of the contact conditions.According to CRH2 Trailer parameters, the vehicle dynamics model was established by using multi-body dynamics software UNIVERSAL MECHANISM and finite element analysis software ANSYS. The model includes body, frame, wheel, axle traction rod and so on. The model considering nonlinear element like the transverse end. Then based on fixed interface modal synthesis method and vehicle track system dynamics equation, establish rigid flexible coupling double block ballast less track simplified model and R60 rail rigid flexible coupling model, Last establish the train/track space coupled vibration dynamics simulation model. Consider the wheel harmonic wear as the harmonic excitation, using multi body dynamics method, FASTSIM creep algorithm and train/track space coupled vibration model to analysis the normal, tangential and vertical contact moving track, contact vibration and creep problems of transient wheel rail contact problems, provides the necessary conditions of accurate analysis the operation condition of high speed train wheel / rail real-time contact characteristics and real-time calculation of wheel rail contact transient forces and vibration condition to study the influence of transient dynamics under dynamic response in the wheel / rail contact system. Include of wheel / rail contact vibration, wheel / rail contact kinetic characteristic, wheel / rail contact creep characteristics, and then analysis of vehicle vibration response, concrete track plate response and dynamic response of track under large system coupling vibration model. Provides necessary conditions for accurate analysis of transient dynamics of high speed train rolling contact of harmonic wear wheel/rail.
