| X-ray diffraction has been the main method to research the structure of crystal for more than half a century. The abundant and important microscopic information collected by X-ray single crystal diffraction provided significant scientific basis for chemistry, physics, materials science, life science and other disciplines development.In 2013,China initiated the project of scientific instruments development of X-ray single crystal diffraction for no independent intellectual property rights.Operating and control system of X-ray single crystal diffraction was core software for the instruments, its main function is to monitor instrument components,acquire data, analyze and process data.Firstly,the paper introduces the present developing status on X-ray single crystal diffraction and its control system,the objective and meaning of this project. Then introduces the composed parts of X-ray single crystal diffraction,make some research and analysis on the key hardware equipment,such as CCD detector,programmable logic controller, the anti-collision relation of five axles. After that, the paper researches system requirement analysis from system demand.Based on the hardware research and system requirement analysis, divides the modules of system using three-tier architecture pattern. Finally,introduces the module structures, the design and material implement of every module.as well,make a functional test on the whole system at the last. the system ran on the independent research and development instrument of X-ray single crystal diffraction stably. |
