With the rapid development of economy in our country, the problem in the city such as the lack of land, environment pollution has become more and more serious. To solve these problems, the development of underground space has been widely used as a kind of effective methods. But a large number of accident cases also shows that underground engineering construction can also cause great influence to the building environment, and the framed buildings that are often built on shallow foundations will be affected seriously by the ground movements compared to other forms of buildings. In this paper, based on Tongling city Yangtze river middle road underground business street project, a variety of methods are used to analyze the influence of underground engineering construction. At first, this paper used the model test which based on similarity theory to model the underground engineering construction and analyzed the different heights, different forms of the foundation change during the construction process. Then used FEM software ABAQUS to simulate the whole process of construction, compared the numerical results with the measured results and the model test data, the feasibility of the numerical method was verified, and summarized the variation laws of the deformation of supporting structure, the deformation of the existing building and the internal force of the existing building during the construction process; Then on the basis of the original model, discussed the influences of the foundation forms, distance, and the numbers of the building layers, summarized the influence of these factors on the construction process, to provide reference for the future similar underground engineering construction. Finally on the basis of the deep beam theory, a new method which considered the twist of the building caused by settlement was provided, this paper proposed a 3D model based on the plate theory, which does not need complex finite element simulation, and its consideration is more comprehensive than the empirical method.Based on the analysis of the data, the influence of the framed building caused by underground construction was summarized, and summarized the influence law of different parameters, and can provide certain reference for similar underground construction. The 3D model that came up in this paper can be used to predict the building damage under different ground movements, to provide a guarantee for the construction safety.
