| By sorting out the development of the axial-flow fan and its current situation of the research at home and abroad, this thesis has summerized the basic binding relations in the design of the axial-flow fan, and several main theoretical foundations and ways in the of the study of the axial-flow fan at present. A new type of vane-model equation of the axial-flow fan has been raised in this thesis, a reciprocal relation has been established between the vane-model structure and the pneumatic parameter, and the full pressure and flow formula of the axial-flow fan has been given in it. Meanwhile, the stall and noise of the axial-flow fan has been discussed.In the accordance with the new type of vane-model equation and the full pressure and flow formula of the axial-flow fan ,the vane-model structure of the axial-flow fan has been designed. The structure adopts the alterative cross-section vanes, and the parameter of its vanes has been optimized. The fan has the advantages of strong wind, high wind pressure, low noises, little electricity, etc.. A series of tests have been carried out on the vanes used in the 9Q Axial-flow Fan. According to the testing data, the testing amount of the fan’s parameters of the aerodynamic force properties is worked out in a standard state of combustion. And thus, the curve of the fan’s properties is drawn so as to decide whether the fan’s properties are good or not.The full fan’s tests have been made to the cooling axial-flow fans of huge transformers designed with the new type of vane-model equation of the axial-flow fan in this thesis . The result of the tests is quite in accordance with the calculation result of the design. It indicates that the designing theories and ways adopted in this thesis are accurate and practicable with the value of practical application. |
