The economy of China has entered a new normal with the "Internet+" wave approaching. Supply chain informatization is the inevitable trend to be effective management. Liquefied natural gas industry in recent years has been rising rapidly as demand for clean energy with unlimited potential, though it appears overcapacity on account of international oil price and other factors. In this paper, Inner Mongolia energy and gas company’s LNG project is the object of study and the project is the largest liquefied natural gas plant in Inner Mongolia. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to build scientific, versatile and efficient LNG supply chain platform to help enterprises in the period of overcapacity to enhance the management level, and improve their market competitiveness with creating considerable economic benefits. On account of its industry characteristics, LNG supply chain platform needs to have flexible pricing and marketing management, convenient e-commerce expansion, weighbridge and the DCS system’s automatic integration, real-time query with finance, logistics scheduling by function, the nitrating, and so on. At last, this paper presents the detailed and comprehensive solutions and innovative ideas.
