Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Daily Educational Administration In Jiangxi Finance And Economics Vocational College

With the development of information technology and social economic progress, the process of information has become an inevitable trend. With the introduction of information technology on campus, saving more time is a very meaningful work for the school educational administration workers. Therefore, the study and analysis of educational management system can promote the future development of education.This paper is from the actual situation of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics, the research background, significance and current research and application of the educational management system to confirm the content and the main work. In the business analysis, the paper analyses the problems existing in the system, institutional framework and the original business process, giving the after transforming business processes. In the functional analysis, through the case analysis and the description of used case the paper confirms systematic function and gives the overall function package diagram of system and subroutine package diagram, which includes sub-package diagrams of teaching schedule management system, management of students school roll, student performance management system, educational management system and online courses management. In the data analysis, the paper analyses the system that need to deal with the data of each function, gives entity class diagram and builds structures of database table. In the end, this paper summaries the research and analysis of work done, and discusses the future work.
