Research And Analysis Of Urban Management Law Enforcement System In Taizhou City

With the acceleration of the process of urban modernization, urban management has become a common problem in almost every city. There are still many problems in urban management, such as:management system, mechanism and management philosophy of the lag, lack of government management, compartmentalization, professional management departments have overlapping responsibilities uncertainty caused by prevarication, lack of effective supervision and evaluation mechanism caused by the information, extensive management, spot management become the norm, urban management gradually fall into a passive. At present, the city of Taizhou is in the development and construction period, the rapid expansion of the city has brought a series of serious challenges, and the city management has put forward higher requirements, so the research and analysis of a set of urban management and law enforcement system could improve the management efficiency of Taizhou city.This thesis adopts the method of Object Oriented Research and Analysis. At first, this thesis introduces research background, significance and current research and application of urban management and mobile law enforcement system and makes clear the content and the main content. In the section of business analysis, first elaborates the existing problems in the urban management business, analyzes the existing business process, and gives the optimized business process in view of the shortcomings of the original business process. In the section of functional analysis, this thesis makes clear the function of the system through the analysis of cases and the use case description, including some sub use cases such as:information collection, file establishment, task dispatch, feedback process, Closed report case conclusion, settle check, basic data management and system management. According to the use case diagram gives the overall function of the system package diagram and the sub function package diagram, including information collection, file establishment, task dispatch, feedback process, closed report case conclusion, settle check, basic data management and system management package diagram. In the section of data analysis, this thesis analysis the data that system functions need to deal with and gives the entity relationship diagram and establishes database table structure. In the end, this thesis summarizes the previous research and analysis and gives the next step of the work carries out in the future.
