Research And Analysis On Educational Administration System Of Xinhui Electromechanical Vocational And Technical School In Jiangmen City

Student teaching educational management system of educational administration system is a digital campus, a system of promotion, convenient the student’s query management, and is convenient for teachers’ work. With the development of the new era, the teaching form of informatization and networking of teaching affairs shift more and more important. How to effectively deal with information, and convenient form, standardize management information query, scientific and effective, has become the focus of the educational administration. Student teaching educational administration management system, is a worthy of our study and the analysis of the topic.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of Student teaching educational management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the data flow analysis and data dictionaries, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the overall function architecture and the structure of function modules, including the Student status information function module, student attendance management function module, students’ course selection management function module, student achievement management function module, student assessment management function module, query and export function module, information bulletin function module, system management and maintenance function module, data base management function module and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
