This essay introduces the research background and the significance of the project, as well as the current research and application status of margin trading system. In addition, it makes it clear that what is the content and the main work of the thesis. Firstly, in the analysis of the financial services, the whole research analyzes the system problem, the organizations and the existing business process, after which this paper gives a new business process that has been transformed. Secondly, in the analysis of function, by data flow analysis and data dictionary, this thesis clears the function of the system. At the same time, the research brings about the overall architecture of the system and the structure of the functional modules, including credit transaction management, settlement and delivery of business management, account management, product management, interface management system and so on. Thirdly, in the data analysis, thesis analyzes the data that require for the processing of each function in the system, which carried out by analyzing the ER diagram and the establishment of a database table structure. Finally, the paper summarized all the research and analysis, and further work is prospected.
