Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Road Traffic Accident Processing In Nanchang City

By the end of 2014, China’s Car ownership has reached 264 million.The huge number not only in proof of China’s economic development, also caused frequent traffic accidents. It’s become a major problem that how quickly and accurately handle road traffic accidents faced by the transport sector and a complete set of traffic accidents occur information management system is imminent.By understanding the traffic situation in Nanchang and combining Nanchang police personnel in conjunction with the processing flow of traffic accidents, this paper has researched and analyze Nanchang police brigade traffic accident processing information management systems. The system consists of six modules, each module is the foundation of information management, accident management module connected to the police, the accident secondary management module, query and statistics management module and system management module. The subject of the use of structured analysis method, firstly, dealing with traffic accidents to analyze business information management, through the analysis of existing information management processes traffic accidents, summed up the lack of existing business and its optimization; and analyze and describe the function of the system, the flow and the functional structure of the system, data processing and data analysis done; Finally, according to the business and functions of the system, to make the entity attribute data to describe, analyze the present system between entities relations, and database table design.combined content requires of the information management system of Nanchang City traffic police brigade traffic accidents, this paper made a further expectations. The system must be subject only to the principle of technology and work, but also to achieve the effect of a traffic accident after the completion of processing information management system is expected to build.
