| Management Information System (MIS) already has gone deep into to all Professions and trades in modem society. Especially in recent years with the continuous expanding size of colleges and universities, students’ distribution in different campus, making it harder for the daily management of the Communist Youth League. So it is an imminent work for colleges and universities to improve the level, quality and efficiency of management of the Communist Youth League by constructing Network-based MIS systemTo begin with, this dissertation introduces the background of current research projects and the status of domestic and foreign research and development, and then proposes the main content of this research project. Based on the actual needs and status of management of the Communist Youth League in YICHUN college, the B/S structure is adopted. And then, this dissertation analyzes the business requirement of management of the Communist Youth League for league activities management, league activities choose management, league activities attendance management, the league management, league activities assessment management and user information management module by use of business flow diagram. This dissertation also Compares with the old and new business process. The system also carried out a detailed functional requirements analysis by means of database flow diagram and Sub module structure diagram.Based on the technology analysis mentioned above, detailed database analysis is discussed by use of E-R diagram and database structure of the database. And provided thirteen entities such as the user information of students, the personnel information of Communist Youth League, league activities information, league activities information of students, league application information, league activities statistical information and so on, At last, the content of the research and the author’s works are summarized, points out the shortage of the research, and the further work is prospected. |
