Clothing equipment management system process is based on B/S mode of network information management System.It uses the convenient network information and the popularization of computer, by way of electronic data management to optimize the original management way, then further to reduce the use of resources and improve management efficiency.Firstly, the article introduced the current management and usage of clothing craft room. With the expansion of institutions, the number of users have continued to increase. The original approach has spent too much on human and material resources. Under this premise, it should optimized the usage and management of the clothing craft room combined with information technology. In business analysis, we used the principles and methods of software engineering and analyzed business process. The form of the business flow chart mainly including:the purchase management of equipment, equipment storage management, equipment application management, equipment return management, equipment inspection management, equipment maintenance management and equipment obsolescence management. We improved the existing business processes to upgrade combined with information management. In functional analysis, the paper has been clear about the internal data flow information of the whole system with the data flow diagrams and data dictionary. Finally, in the data analysis, using the entity relationship E-R diagram, then got the database table structure and the database has carried on the detailed design.Finally, the paper summarized the contents of the study, and explained my main work.It also pointed out the deficiencies, and the further work were also discussed.
