Research And Analysis On Personnel Management System Of Zhejiang Zhoushan Central Container Transportation Co., Ltd

With the rapid development of computer technology as the representative of IT, the wave of information technology has widely spread in varies industries. Under this trend, the majority of enterprises has used the information management system, on one hand, it not convenient the users, but increase user experience(UE),on the other hand, it has improved the efficiency for related workers and effectively promoted the economic development of the enterprises.This paper introduces the research background, significance and current situation of the research and application of the personnel management system of Zhoushan Zhejiang central container transportation Co., Ltd., and the main contents and the main work of this paper.Our contribution include:the personnel management of Zhoushan Zhejiang central container transportation Co., Ltd was investigated and analyzed. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization of the company, the business process of the system, and optimize the relevant business process of the personnel management. In functional analysis, through the analysis of system data flow has been clear about the functional requirements of the system, and analyzes the function of the whole system architecture and function modules, including basic information management, recruitment management, changes in personnel management, personnel, payroll management, contract management, training management and system management modules. In the data analysis, the system E-R chart is given, and the database table structure is established. At the end of the paper, we make a conclusion of what we have done and prospect the future work.
