Analysis And Design Of Enrollment Assistant Management Information System In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of advanced education courses, the national college entrance examination candidates and college enrollment scales rapidly increased, after the admission colleges should ensure the smooth report to colleges of a large number of students in specialized and undergraduated colleges. The Admissions department must complete admission data storage and statistics, issue the admission notice, meet the examinee admission inquiry, and freshmen registration and qualification examination, such a lot of workloads requires temporal effectiveness, so a development for the specialized and undergraduated colleges admissions business process aided management information system are badly needed, which can help meet the need of the admission in colleges and universities.This system is based on the development and application of the admissions aided management information system, which adopts the method of object-oriented software engineering software requirement analysis, software design, software modeling and design, which adopts B/S combined with C/S mode, while the SQL server serves for the database.My paper illustrates the importance role of the admissions aided management information system in the specialized and undergraduated colleges and introduces the systematical research contents and the main work of the author. My paper analyzes the systematical software requirements. In business analysis, the system optimizes and reproduce the original work process by using the concise and consistent charts. Functional analysis with diagrams analyzes and describes the functional demand of the system, while the non-functional requirements mainly rely on the performance requirements and analytical safety requirements. Among the system design part, packed diagram are used to describe the architecture of each function and mutual dependencies. Class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams all contribute to the functional detailed design. With thumbnail class diagrams of each function, data requirements are analyzed, which gives the main entity attributes figure. With the e-r charts the relationship between the main entities are described; the main database tables are designed. My thesis finally summarizes the research contents which lies in the design process of the aided management information system, also, the shortcomings of the system are analyzed in preparation of a further step of the work.This paper completely states the whole-design the admission aided management information system. Generally speaking, the system can functionally make ends meet in the admission work. Work efficiency is greatly improved, which contributes to the technical reinforce when the freshmen report to the college. Also is makes a contribution to a future-development of this system.
