Research And Analysis On The Evaluation System Of School Civilization

Based on the existing rating management of the civilized classes in our school, I made the business analysis, function analysis, and data analysis in details, and designed a set of information management system practically aimed at our school’s rating management of the civilized class, combining with my many years of experience in the rating management. The system includes six big function modules in total, that is, score management, management of dormitory inspection, management of Youth League Committee’s inspection, management of administrative inspection, statistics of the civilized classes and basic information management. Through the system, the job in the rating management of the civilized classes can be realized imformatization so that it can be finished highly efficiently. Besides, it’s because the management process has been optimized that the data analysis can be finished much more systematically.This paper describes the research significance and the research background on the system of the rating management of the civilized classes and also makes a statement about the research and the application status on currently similar systems, making clear the content needed to be researched and the focus work needed to be carried out in this paper. And in the business analysis on the system, the problems are analyzed in details and the original business process is concisely analyzed with swim lanes, and then business process after system improvement would be obtained and given. Moreover, in the function analysis on the system, through making use case analysis and use case description on six big function modules of the system, there would be a clear blueprint showing the main functions needed on the system, and would also list the corresponding general function package diagram and its sub-function package diagrams in this paper, which include the following six sub-package diagrams, that is, package diagrams on score management, management of dormitory inspection, management of Youth League Committee’s inspection, management of administrative inspection, statistics of the civilized classes and basic information management. Besides, in the data analysis on the system, I mainly analyze all functions’ data of the system that must be dealt with, set up a database table structure and draw the corresponding thumbnails of the six functions, the total system concept diagram, and entity class relationship diagrams and so on. Finally, in this paper, I summarize what I have done about the research and analytical work on the system, and make prospect on the system’s actual use in our work.
