| With the development of science and technology and the gradual building of campus network, not only the multimedia teaching equipments are becoming better but also the educational informatization is realized step by step. There are nine teaching section groups in XinhuiChenjinglun Middle School, each of which has independent teaching ability and research capacity. However, owning to the same teaching process, the teachers often make similar teaching resources, so that not only human resources are wasted, but also the superior resources cannot be shared. In order to reduce the burden of teachers, improve the working efficiency and share educational resources, it is necessary to develop teaching resources management system to collect, store, manage and improve teaching resources reasonably, which is bound to raise the teaching quality.This paper elaborates the research background and significance of the teaching resources management system in details, which is developed by all the teaching section groups in the Chenjinglun Middle School. It also points out its research and application status. Furthermore, it introduces my main work and the research contents. As for business analysis, this paper describes the original teaching resources management process, analyzes the existing problems, and optimizes the traditional business process. This paper also conducts the function analysis and data analysis during the research and analysis of the optimized system. As for the function analysis, users’duties are indentified by means of the analysis of their roles. The functions of the system’s different use cases are also indentified with the help of the use case analysis and use case descriptions. As for data analysis, this paper analyzes the data, which are needed by the function of the system’s different use cases. It also provides the management abbreviated class diagram, the entity class relationship diagram and builds the database tables’ structure. In the end, it sums up the research and analysis of this teaching resources management system, points out its deficiencies and expects the further research and improvement of the system. |
