Design And Development Of One - Way Ticket Purchase Subsystem Of Subway Automatic Ticket Ticket

As the acceleration of the urbanization, urban traffic is getting more and more crowded. Confronting this situation, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) System is to improve the urban traffic. AFC system can help not only easy the staff’s work but also split the traffic and collect data. The key equipment of AFC system is Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) which can guide passengers to buy tickets on their own. The function performance, the visual interface and the operation setting of TVM is very important to guarantee the AFC system’s good performance. At the very beginning, our country bought TVM from foreign suppliers. Nowadays, the research of TVM is so essential and necessary to make progress in the TVM system’s localization.In the first place, this paper introduced domestic and overseas research advance and development trend of AFC system. By the analysis of TVM system’s logical structure and requirements, an overall design scheme was given. Taking the metro line 3 and line 10 as research objects, this paper then designed the related working process of the one-way ticket sale subsystem and developed the module of sending tickets and card reader in detail. The whole research work used several technologies, like the thread pool technology, the data flow diagram technology and the application of design patterns etc. Finally, the debugging was done by doing a large number of tests after the integration of the one-way ticket sale subsystem and the cash handling subsystem. The software was then proved to meet the requirements.At the end of this paper, several deficiencies of the one-way ticket sale subsystem were pointed out and the direction of improvement was proposed.
