Research And Design Of A Production Line Information System Based On Android Platform

Industrial manufacturing is a pillar industry of our country, however our country manufacturing industry still belong to the big but not strong, intelligent and most manufacturing enterprise informatization level is low, general is given priority to with traditional human production, and various statistical work also depends on artificial operation, compared with foreign industrial powers in the intellectualization and informatization degree are in obvious disadvantage, in the field of advanced manufacturing at present our country still cannot compete with foreign effective, so China’s industrial transformation is needed.Based on the industrial manufacturing line station operators in the common problems encountered in the actual production situation as the research target, and ultimately through lower cost implements a practical location information system. The system makes the station operators in the actual production problems encountered in the process of production of common has been effectively resolved, such as feed location operation guide, automatic notification. The system directly to the production line workstation, manufacturers can improve production line information through this system, operators through the system can improve the production efficiency of products, improve product rate and effective cost savings.In this paper, we study and design of station operating system mainly divided into three parts:location operation side, the remote server, LED display. Some server is responsible for the input and storage auxiliary information, such as operation plan, location guidance documents, etc., LED display location operation side is mainly responsible for the lack of information, and the location operation side is facing directly the front-line workers on the factory production lines, is also a function most, the most complicated part of the whole system, not only need to be done with the other two most messaging, also need to interact with station operators, so the location operation as the research focus. In this system, the location operation the Android operating system as the main development system, the Android operating system is based on the intelligence of the Linux operating system, open source Android operating system features, let it not only widely used in mobile phones, also widely used in various embedded platform.
