| Scientific research projects have played an important supporting role in the production work of Yunnan Power Grid.The management tool of strengthening scientific research projects is an effective guarantee for technical innovation and the protection of the scientific research achievements.At present,Yunnan Power Grid lacks a platform which is completely supported by advanced technical project management and is difficult to provide a whole-process and all-around support for the reserve,declaration,put-out-storage,project implementation and acceptance check of technical project.The scientific research project management system which is described in this abstract adopts the structured design method in the system construction.After the introduction of the system background and the system in the current environment of essential meaning,we need to know the requirements of the system and make corresponding analysis,which including the needed information about business,system function,data and not-function.And we also need to state demands in the ways of data flow graph and data analysis diagram (IPO) and make the five main modules such as reserve management,establish-project management,execution management and data query based on system.After the establishment of system requirements,we should begin general design of system according to the system requirements.We combined the flow chart,feature chart and IPO to describe the content of the design in detail in the specific module design phase.And then we specifically showed the design of database by using ER diagram to exhibit the database.At last,we summarized design work of scientific research project management system,which including my own work content and work responsibilities,and I pointed out what can be improved in this paper and my prospect and Imagination for subsequent improvement and development of work.The establishment on this designing system can provide an effective monitoring and management support to Yunnan Power Grid,fill the informatization management of Yunnan Power Grid,greatly improved the low efficiency operation mode which still relies on traditional manual statistics and manual electronic archives and provide an efficient and stable scientific research project management information platform to users. |
