Small and micro enterprises as market trading activity, full of strong vitality and market sensing capabilities, is one vast untapped fertile soil, the banks have begun to get involved in the field of small and micro loans. And to labor-intensive and technology-intensive small and micro credit characterized workforce also has a rather unusual nature of managing such a large number of high quality, knowledge-based team will be able to small micro-loan business of sustainable development fundamental guarantee.
