As an important tool to adjust economic structure and promote regional economic development, capital market is becoming integrated with regional economic being an important part of the regional economy during the economic development.Mongolia Autonomous Region has made impressive economic progress after years of building a market economy. However, from the perspective of economic growth area structure, energy region "investment dependence" is still serious, the development of the capital market has become one of the key factors affecting and restricting the rapid economic growth of Inner Mongolia. Therefore, strengthen the financing capacity of Inner Mongolia capital market, expand the area proportion of direct financing effectively, meet the demand for diversified investment and financing of majority enterprises of the whole region, further strengthen the capital market services to the local economy, is a problem worthy of study.In this paper, the overall research ideas are:clarify the theoretical basis and practical significance to use capital market financing function as standing in the strategic height of the whole country, summary and analysis the direct financing of existing capital markets and its advantages and disadvantages providing holistic conceptual framework; through further discussing on details of the direct financing capital market status, problems and causes, put forward the strategic mode field to strengthen financing capacity and some opinions and suggestions under the instruction of the mode base on the advanced experience introduction of the domestic and foreign capital market.Article focuses on the use of quantitative analysis methods to discuss the positive significance that direct financing for the capital market do to promote regional economic development and optimize the regional industrial structure.
