Legal Thinking On Rural Microfinance

Rural Microfinance Developed in China just a few decades, but as one of the newcredit service model which has a great significance for China’s economic development.However, due to the short time of its development in China,our country has not beenthe corresponding law for its regulation, which seriously affected the healthydevelopment of microfinance in China. This paper mainly choosed Hebei Yixianmicrofinance as an example, and researched on the legal problems encountered in thecourse of its development. Thinking Rural Microfinance risk and legal difficultiesfrom a legal point of view, and learning from international experience in ruralmicrofinance countries, in order to propose opinions which could solve the current legaldifficulties and risks from a legal perspective in our rural microfinance. Hope that wecan get the right legal status and strengthen the legal supervision of rural microfinance,which can make the law ensure the growth and prosperity of microfinance. Only thesecan ensure the long-term healthy development of China’s rural microfinance.
