Research On The Basis And Implementation Process Of Commercial Insurance Company In Anhui Province

What are areas that need special attention? These will be documented main contents of this paper.Firstly, supplemental insurance for catastrophic medical assistance qualitative analysis,Based on the theories of welfare pluralism and new public administration, this thesis first analyzes the necessity of commercial insurance companies managing supplementary major disease insurance on mutual assistance in Anhui province. Its feasibility is then testified with PEST. Second, this thesis deliberates on the practices of social medical insurance participated by insurance companies both home and abroad to draw some useful lessons. Third, by making a comparison between two management models, namely, fund management model and insurance contract model, the thesis come to a conclusion that the latter is more practical in light of the conditions in Anhui province. Finally, the thesis by making use of past experiences works out a flow diagram of this management model and makes an analysisof the key parts.Researches have proven that market can play a role in the building of social medical insurance system. Both theories and practices have shown that a social medical insurance system is not complete without the participation of market; therefore, in advancing the supplementary major disease insurance on mutual assistance, Anhui province should give full play to the role of market and utilize professional advantages of insurance companies to serve those insured. Insurance contract model should be adopted and adhered to in managing major disease insurance, which not only follows the prevailing trends of both home and abroad, but also takes account of fund payment pressure in the future. In order to maximize the advantages of contract insurance model, more attention should be paid to the contents of the contract, bid inviting, settlement, evaluation and others.
