Research On Small And Medium Enterprise Policy Support System

This paper focuses on the development of Small and micro businesses, discussed which government policy measures can promote the healthy development of China’s Small and micro businesses, eventually improve the construction of Small and micro businesses policy support system. To solve this problem, first of all we should consider the actual situation that Small and micro businesses in, analyze the successful policy measures taken by overseas countries, then adopt different measures to enterprises in different stage and type, make policy support system more better in details.In this paper, comprehensively use economics, finance, finance related and management theory, the main research content is as follows. The first part summarizes the relevant research of the support policies theory from the aspects of fiscal, tax, financial, social; The second part lists effective policies and measures of the foreign countries; The third part, introduces the definition of Small and micro businesses, as well as the industry classification, analyzes the status of China’s Small and micro businesses and the existing problems, in addition, China’s current support policy, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement; The fourth part based on foreign policy, combined with the actual situation of Small and micro businesses, gives the account of how to construct the Small and micro businesses supporting policy system.
