Abstract On the basis of classical behavioral finance theory, this paper has built a new model which can use microeconomics data to analyse. The existence of solution had been proved.Rationality of the model has been illustrated.Economic sense has been found in the implied condition of the model. As structure of mental accounts is tree shape, this paper uses consuming data of urban and suburban res-idents in1995and2002to explain the power of this new model. At last, advice of further study has been given.
