With the development of economy and increase of market competition, the Groupis becoming more and more common to enhance its competitiveness. The commercialbank acts as money mediation to the two sides of supply and demand and the Groupacts as the demand side of funds, the business transactions must be frequent. Recently,Group customers change a bigger part of the commercial banking corporate customer,the Group customer credit risk management must be more important to ensure thesafety of credit funds of the Group clients.The Agricultural Bank of China, one of China’s four big Banks, the group customercredit risk management research can not only improve its own shortcomings in therelated course, and it may also have certain reference function to other Banks andresearchers. In this paper, in order to summarize the Group customers and customercredit risk characteristics, we studied the present research situation of group customercredit risk management by literature researches taking the example of Inner Mongoliaerdos resources co., LTD. By using the method of field investigation to summarize thepresent situation and the insufficiency of group customer credit risk management inAgricultural Bank, and then present improving measures by combining foreignexperience in this field.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter, introduction introduced theresearch background, significance, content and method, and the research status. Thesecond chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis customer of credit riskmanagement research in agricultural bank group. The third chapter, summarizing thegroup clients and the characteristics of group customer credit risk by the study ofInner Mongolia erdos resources co., LTD., case. The fourth chapter states the presentsituation and the deficiencies in agricultural bank group customer credit riskmanagement. In the fifth chapter, putting forward the improvement measures studiescombination the foreign experience on the basis of what is said above.
