Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Economic Responsibility Audit Of Petroleum Sales Enterprises In China

The17th National Congress of the CPC puts forward clearly, should "improve the leaders’evaluation system based on Scientific Outlook on Development and correct political achievement ","to promote the system reform of the state-owned enterprises and institutions and personnel management, perfect management methods of the leaders suited for the characteristics of state-owned enterprises ".To complete this important task, the key is to construct the comprehensive evaluation system of the leading group of the state owned enterprise, which conforms to Scientific Outlook on Development requirements, scientifically to assess and evaluate the leading group of the state owned enterprises, then can build a leadership stick to arm brains by the Scientific Outlook on Development, and good lead the scientific development of the enterprise.According to this goal, Sichuan Petroleum Sales Company of CNPC become the research objection of the paper. Combined with the actual situation of Sichuan Petroleum Sales Company of CNPC, with the enterprise leadership’s performance of duties as the core, the results of economic responsibility audit as the foundation, established the evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit; the system consist of three categories, seven small classes of43indicators, do a objective and fair comprehensive evaluation on the leading group of the enterprise about their performance of duties during tenure in a full range of way. Through this topic research, I hope to improve the enterprise leaders’evaluation system of Petroleum Sales Company of CNPC, promote the construction of leadership, and implement the requirements of fine management.
