Mainland China is in the stage of rapid economic growth in recent years, it also maintained the economic growth rate of8%even in2008, the time of financial crisis. Nowadays, it has become the world’s most potential market.The study is for Taiwanese banks entering Mainland China. It cited the economic regions currently being constructed under the premise that the opening up commerce to cross-strait. Further, it looked for potential cities based on its existing economic conditions to analyze the best place to set up the second network for Taiwanese banks. Through data mining, the conclusions obtained are as following.1.The trend of policy not only affects the degree of opening up to cross-strait economy, also impacts the trend in China’s economic development.2. Bohai Sea economic zone is the most promising one in North China.3. Tianjin is more suitable city for Taiwanese banks to set up the second network.
