With the advent of knowledge economy, talent to the importance of theenterprise more prominent. The talent as the core resources of enterprise resources,the main object to be competition. As a developing country, the economic foundationis weak, weak in the area between the talent competition. After joining WTO, manyforeign companies come to China, joined the snatch talent competition. As a result ofbrain drain is unidirectional, the flow of talent is always a poor talent environment ofenterprises into the talent environment of enterprises, in the face of foreigncompetition, Chinese enterprises must accelerate development, to create a morefavorable environment for the development of talents. Private small and microbusinesses is an important part of our national economy, the economic prosperity,increasing employment, promoting innovation, improve the livelihood of the peopleplays an important role. However, under the influence of the financial crisis, privatesmall and micro businesses into "labor shortage" situation, serious loss of staff, smallmicro caused great negative impact to the development of enterprises, this paper takesDC company as an example of.DC company is an equity investment company, with the change of economicenvironment, management companies in the past, the staff has been unable to meetthe company’s development, reduce employee satisfaction caused the companyemployee turnover rose sharply, which seriously affected the normal development ofthe company and the operation. In order to find out the reasons for the loss ofpersonnel in DC company, DC company staff views on company using interviewsand other methods in this paper, and then use the related theory analysis of the causesof employee turnover. Finally, talent management must be in management, servicemanagement and three aspects of turnover management efforts, and fundamentallyimprove employee satisfaction, reduce staff turnover rate of DC company.
