Study On The Optimization Of China 's Rural Financial Ecological Environment From The Perspective Of Financial Efficiency

The fragile rural financial ecological environment and low financial effficiencyis the major cause of backward development of rural financial of our nation at theprensent stage. Good rural fiancial ecological environment is the basic conditionimprove rural financial efficiency, to promote rural financial reform and economicdevelopment. Besides, the high allocation efficiency of rural financial resourses playsan important role in promoting rural finanical ecological environmrnt. However, atthe present, the weak rural economic foundation, the over participation ofadministrative in various business of financial institution, the imperfect rural legalsystem and social security system, the poor condition of farmer, the lack of creditsystem, and irreasonanble financial property systm, etc. all of the above probemsmake the rural financial ecological environment worse. At the point of financialefficiency, the rural macroscopic efficiency is hard to promote the development ofeconomy. The weak ability of rural institutions to resist the disasters, the low level ofmaking profit cause the operation of rural microscopic financial unsmoothly. Theimperfect development of financial market also has a great infulence on the allocationeof rural financial resourses. From the above problems, we can make a conclusion isthat the low efficiency of rural. Therefore, through the optimization of rural financialecological environment to improve rural financial efficiency, to promote thedevelopment of rural finance and economy becomes the urgent problem in theprocess of rural development. This thesis starts with the interaction of rural financialecological and financial efficiecy, then detailed analysis the rural financial ecologicalenvironment and financial efficiency on the current situation, and through theempirical examples to prove the intimate relationships between the two so as to putforward corresponding advices and try to provide theoretical and decision-makingreferences for the optimizaion of China’s rural financial ecological envirnment.
