| Since the21st century, transnational corporations service outsourcing developquickly,especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis and the trend of the globaleconomic slowdown,the international service outsourcing grow fast and become amain stimulus of the world’s economic recovery.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative, empirical and normative analysismethods,finishes five parts.The first chapter is introduction,mainly about the researchbackground, the significance of topic selection and purpose,research review, researchmethods and innovations.The second chapter overview of multinational serviceoutsourcing,summary multinational company service outsourcing,mainly definesrelevant concepts, and analysis on three main types of multinational company serviceoutsourcing and the characteristics and development trend of multinational companyservice outsourcing.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of multinationalcompany service outsourcing and motivation.Multinational company serviceoutsourcing transaction cost theory,the international division of labor theory,corecompetence theory,value chain theory,service industry development theory and theinternal and external two drivers.The chapter iv is service outsourcing location choiceinfluence factor analysis,this paper uses the panel data of14developingcountries,between2002and2010,builds econometric regression model to measure theinfluence of various factors on the location choice.The results show that labor cost hasbeen a significant negative correlation relationship with service outsourcing, serviceindustry development level,language cultural differences,labor quality,economicfreedom index,service outsourcing has been a significant positive correlation,information infrastructure and service outsourcing relationship has a positivecorrelation,but not significant.The fifth chapter putting forward policy suggestions topromote the development of service outsourcing in China. |
