Research On Government Subsidy Information Disclosure System Of Listed Companies

Listed companies getting huge government subsidies is a hot topic, the government subsidies of PetroChina is 10.347 billion which is the highest in 2013. Since 2007, the total amount of government subsidies of PetroChina and Sinopec is 108.994 billion. From the perspective of standardizing information disclosure of government subsidies, the paper is based on the practice of our country and uses the progressive logic of putting forward the question, analyzing the question and solving the question to study the establishment of government subsidies’ information disclosure institution with internal articulation. First, the paper elaborates the necessity of standardizing information disclosure institution of government subsidies from the perspective of theoretical basis and literature review. The paper systematically overviews the theoretical basis and literatures of government subsidies. Then, the paper further combs the evolution of governmental information disclosure regulations, analyzes government subsidies data of listed companies using all a-share listed companies from 2007 to 2013 as samples from the perspective of financial data of listed companies and takes the top 100 listed companies of government subsidies as samples in 2013, to study the status and problems of government subsidies’ information disclosure of listed companies. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions to standardize and improve the information disclosure institution of government subsidies, and defines the conceptual framework of establishing government subsidies’ information disclosure institution with internal articulation between government subsidies included in cash flows and non-monetary government subsidies, government subsidies included in current profits and losses and government subsidies included in deferred income.
