Research On Product Design Of Asset Securitization In Chinese Enterprises

Since the birth of the asset securitization which made a huge contribution to the economic development of birthplace America, the financial market has been injected new vitality, whereas the development of asset securitization in our country has been started too late, the road were full of twists and difficulties. But with China’s capital market continues to open, more and more regulatory policy were enacted in recent years. Naturally Chinese asset securitization was finally ushered in a new stage of rapid development after a period of vacuum development which was created in the subprime mortgage crisis. Especially the enterprise asset securitization products were vigorously promoted by the regulator CRSC. On such condition, the number and amount of issued Asset-backed securities were increasing fast, and it is expected to enter more rapidly track of development in the next few years. Therefore, this paper chose the enterprise asset securitization products as study object, basing on the summary of the basic theory and concept of asset securitization, at the same time, made a brief carding and analysis about the development history and present situation of our country’s enterprise asset securitization products. Furthermore, this paper focused on the product design as a starting point, combining with the actual case to do an analysis about the operation process of our country’s enterprise asset securitization products design. Finally the paper was associating with the existing product design in order to find out the problems and proposed some policies and suggestions on how to advance the development of Chinese enterprise asset securitization products.
