Research On Financing Problem Of Supply Chain Finance In Inner Mongolia Tianmu Dairy Company

Supply chain finance (SCF) is a kind of financial support offered by commercial bank. It combined the core enterprise’s credit with small and medium enterprises’(SEM) credit and provided financial support for members of supply chain. Supply chain finance can not only ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also provides a systematic solution to reduce the financial cost of the whole supply chain. In the supply chain finance, funds of banks will be injected in medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain which is in relatively bad credit. It can solve the imbalance problems of the supply chain. It is said that supply chain finance is a new rode for small and medium-sized enterprises to get financial support.Domestic commercial banks explored and practiced a lot of supply chain finance products in the past 10 years,they can be divided into three modes,Supply chain finance is a kind of innovation which combined the industrial structure changes and the financial innovation, to the point of marketing, it’s guide to solve the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises credit rationing; to the point of risk control, it movable property or rights as collateral to improve credit rating of SME by introducing of the core business credit; to the point of operation, it cooperated with the logistics enterprises, introduced e-commerce platform to make the capital flow and information flow integrate to the supply chain.This paper first analyses the advantages of all members involved in the supply chain finance in theory, introduces three kinds of classical model of supply chain finance,then analyses the case of TianMu company in inner Mongolia,who actual used supply chain finance to solve the financing difficulties, analysis the financial problems and problems apparent during the use of supply chain finance, then analysis the causes of the problems, which are come from two aspects, the company itself and the external environment. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures to promote the use of supply chain finance to TianMu company.
