Compensation as one of main focus of human resources management is even more important. It’s the source of attracting more talent and drives employees to realize their individual value. As compared to other groups in an enterprise, it should be paid more attention on setting compensation of executives. Effective salary incentive mechanism for executives will directly affect their business performance and then strengthen competition ability of enterprises.Executives as an important part of a company decide the company’s operation directions and strategies and also their work style and leadership style exert a vital influence on work atmosphere, corporate culture and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, how to design a wonderful incentive salary system for them according to the development of the company is an important subject to study. As one part of human resources department, compensation management level needs according to its own circumstance and strategy to keep learning relevant concepts and skills, overall plan compensation management, build reasonable and systematic compensation structure, meanwhile create and apply effective long-term incentive methods to motivate and maintain core managerial talent depended on market trends.On the basis of theories and practical work of compensation, starting with executive salary level, salary structure and equity incentive methods not including other aspects in this paper and according to analyzing a case of company A and proposing an optimizing scheme for upgrading and improve the executive compensation management, the thesis consists of seven chapters based on above background and can provide some references in similar areas.
