By choosing some representative companies which using the refocusing strategy over the past decade to analyze its financial performance. After this section, thesis will take company H as an example to carry out a meticulous analysis from four different respect. Which include changes in market effect、risk effect、financial effect and the value of the company. Using market price、beta coefficient and significant index in solvency, operations, profitability and ability to grow to evaluate the effect after refocusing. Finally, with a detail analysis of the internal and external environment and history financial basis, thesis may estimate the value of the company H using the discounted cash flow after the company H use the refocusing strategy. As a reference how refocusing strategy involve the future value of a company.
