An Analysis Of The Financial Politics Of China 's Financial Reform

Finance is an important part of government activities, so it has the multiple attributes such as economic, political, administrative. Its character determines our study on finance not only use the research methods of economics, but also think through from multiple angles.This paper starts from the problems that the dominant financial economics in the theory and practice are encountered embarrassment, and "benefit" has not been able to measure the effect of fiscal reform comprehensively. How to use its inherent value to judge the merits of fiscal reform is urgently needed to be addressed.Using the view of Fiscal political science, this paper analyzes the reason for difficulties in fiscal reform in our country at present, no longer following the financial economics from the perspective of supply and demand, instead of from the angle of "power".Where is the money come from, and how to distribute it? At last we come to the conclusion that the lack of democratic environment and the insufficiency of government contract spirit are the reasons what stumbled the further development of financial reform. And some suggestions are thrown out, such as putting forward improvement of fiscal administration mode, adjusting the intergovernmental financial relationship and equalizing public interests.
