| China attaches great importance to the issues concerning agriculture. NO.1Document will emphasize the development of agriculture every year. Economics andsocial conditions in rural area have been improved rapidly in China. The developmentof economy in rural needs the support of the financial industry, but in recent yearsfinancial services infrastructure of rural have exposed some problems.It is weak andfinancial coverage is low. At the same time,competition is inadequate.These problemsare so serious that they have restricted the development of rural economy. To carrythrough the spirit of the central government to encourage the rural financial reforms,China Banking Regulatory Commission has authorized financial industry to establisha innovation rural financial institutions–Village Bank. In2007, six provinces andcities in China set up village banks and they have been in trial operation later.It canpromote the development of rural finance to some extent.. Continued until today,thevillage bank which improves the rural financial situation has been set up for sixyears.During these period,Village exposed some problems,for example,be lack ofcompetitiveness, instability in development. This paper focuses on Village Banks ofGuizhou province.We will come up with the problem and defects of Village Bank bymeans of describing the current situation and state of development.And on thisbasis,the writer put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems. At first, thispaper expounds the establishment background and significance of Village Banks frommacro perspective,and then,it interprets the development situation of village bank inGuizhou province in detail from micro perspective.The paper conducts an analysis incompare of village and summarizes the operation condition aim atGuizhou.Finally,the author summarizes the main problems existing during the periodof operation against village bank in Guizhou and provides the path and methods ofsolving problems against village banks. |
