Research On Financing Problem Of MKT Company Based On Weighing Theory

Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are gradually occupying the importantposition of economic. Most countries put more attention and strengthen in understanding of themedium-sized enterprises all over the world. But to most small company in economicdevelopment of important position is not appropriate to the situation that has become thebottleneck of restricting to the development of the medium-sized enterprises financing. The issuehas caused wide attention to all walks of our life. The choice of the financing decision in smalland medium-sized enterprises has vital significance for the goal of maximize the enterprise value.Especially after the financial crisis, the national economy and the financial force mutation,growing importance of enterprise capital structure decision. Endogenous or exogenous, to issuebonds or stocks, these are small and medium-sized enterprise financing decision problem,research is more and more important to enterprise’s financing decision. Balance theory is notonly considered debt brings to the enterprise tax benefits, but also consider debt brings to theenterprise risk and all kinds of fees.This paper based on the assumption of trade-off theory, studies the normal operation andfinancially troubled two kinds of enterprise. Then constructs the model of optimal capitalstructure-the optimal debt experience model and minimum liability cost model which canbalance the tax benefits of debt and costs of financial distress, choose the optimum financingdecisions, achieve maximum business value. Through field research, the theory is verified by thethe choice of financing model in Shanghai MKT company. Meanwhile, the768SMEs researchdata are collected, statistical analysis of multiple linear regression is used to validate that themodel financing decision has applicability to all SMEs.
