In recent years, because of serious shortages of commissariat, international trade has become an important source of grain supply. In trade, the price is an important factor in grain pricing directly determines the size of a country’s position in the food trade. This paper studies the impact of pricing on the grain trade, the empirical research on China’s grain trade pricing, and then analyze the impact of trade on commissariat pricing, the analysis of recommendations for improving pricing. Generally believed that the pricing powers need to have two capabilities:one is the share of trade, can be adjusted by the amount of their trade to influence the international market, this article from the perspective of trade share using the Herfindahl-Hirschman Index analyzes the trade share impact on pricing; the second is the authority in the market, there are highly sophisticated trading rules and market participation, can be led into the international market, decided to trade, there is a certain degree of market acceptance of voice and, from that point on This paper from the perspective of the futures market, selecting commissariat staples in nearly three years of foreign and domestic futures market, the domestic spot market prices, EG cointegration test, ECM error correction model, Granger causality test and impulse response function analysis, to the domestic and international futures market price of each impact, draw our domestic futures prices and spot market prices by the international futures market price, and vice versa, but the impact is minimal. Lack of pricing is not available in the trade should the economic benefits, but also the lack of competitiveness of China’s grain trade performance, the main reason for this is because of our lack of national level downplayed, decentralized production and futures markets imperfect. Impact analysis of pricing on the grain trade, first summarized the status quo of China’s commissariat trade, our country is importing more than it exports, trade and structural imbalances, lack of self-sufficiency rate in the state, in this case, the expansion of the grain trade is our inevitable, pricing is more important for China’s grain trade. Using con’elation analysis can be found in China’s major grain varieties of low-cost export import trade in high state, indicating that China’s grain trade in a passive state. This lack of pricing impact caused by one of China’s import prices higher than world prices, increasing the cost of imports, resulting in higher cost of usage; the second is to bear the exchange rate risk, the lower the unit price for such food commodities, exchange rate changes is enough impact on prices; the third is market manipulation developed countries, there had been many times deviate from the normal price of the transaction, serious losses. Finally the results of the foregoing analysis, proposed to improve the pricing policy proposals, the first is to improve the futures market perspective, followed by the food supply for the phenomenon of dispersion, improve concentration various aspects of the commissariat supply, production concentration, improve and reserve system Trade focused enough to compete for world hegemony and improve our commissariat trade pricing.
