In recent years, with the increasing of advisory services industry encouraging and support efforts atthe countries policy level, China’s engineering consulting industry rapidly developed, and number ofemployees of enterprises continued growing, as a result, it is becoming more and more severe incompetition between enterprises in the industry. In order to ensure the survival of the fierce competition,it is particularly necessary to analyze the comprehensive the industry status and to update the company’sown development ideas.This paper mainly takes the HRTC construction consulting company as the researchsample, combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the qualitative research and thequantitative research, positively researching case, carrying on the comprehensive analysis to thecompany.Paper is from the political, economic, social, technological and other aspects analyzed HRTCconstruction consulting company in the macro environment, and using the Porter’s five forces model toanalyze the industry environment of company. From the below three perspectives, analyzing thecompany’s internal environment solidly and concretely, such as analysis of existing resources fromhuman resources, market environment and technical means; from the financial, marketing, innovationand other aspects of the company’s ability to analyze, from the aspects of training, employing, rewardsand punishments and analyzing the factors of the company system. At the same time, it is designed thequestionnaire of the staff for the company, and analyzed the data to find the realistic basis for thestrategy. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s resourceability, author draws the results of this enterprise’s core competitiveness.This paper believes that the HRTC construction consulting company should adopt the mode ofcombination strategy to focus on growth and development of the integration, planning the company’sfuture development path through the business strategy, market competition strategy, brandstrategy and strategic alliance such four aspects. Finally, it is put forward this seven specific tasks in thestrategic implementation aspects from the market development, brand building, organizational structure,business strategy, business process, adjust the resource and enterprise culture construction, dividing theimplementation stage, defining the key implementation, safeguarding the company developmentstrategy smooth implementation diligently.
