Along with the China’s reform and opening up, domestic enterprises integrate into the pattern of international economic fstly, competition of facing is gradually vigorous. Performance management caused widespread attention of domestic enterprisesas an important means to business to improve performance, form the core competence, maintain the advantage in the fierce competition.How to build a scientific and effective performance management system and take full advantage has become an unavoidable issue to ensure sustainable development of many domestic enterprises.MDL company is at a critical stage of rapid development, the relatively backward has become an important factor of screwing up enterprise internal management and restricting the rapid development of enterprises. According to this, the author has an in-depth study of the MDL company to found the problems and reasons of performance management existed in enterprise. Aim to build a performance management system in accordance with the need of the development of enterprise which goal oriented, emphasis on setting the evaluation index system, improving the implementation of process control, using various assessment methods flexible.The construction of MDL enterprise performance management system, focus on the difficulties and causes of the current MDL performance work content and form, in take the problems of enterprise performance management as a starting point, concentrated on the system design of MDL enterprise performance evaluation index, management process control and the analysis of related factors combined with the enterprise development aim, eventually form a completely and mature operation system and mode of performance work. In the design of performance appraisal index, use management tools as stategy map, key performance indicators (kpis) and balanced scorecard performance flexibly to form the evaluation index list table at all levels of the enterprise; in terms of security of the performance management implementation, expound from three aspect with organization ensurance. material ensurance and intellectual ensurance, and at the same time puts forward the MDL enterprise performance management should pay attention to three questions on stakeholders, localization of performance management and enterprise cultural continuity. By opimization of MDL enterprise performance management system, provides the corresponding theoretical basis and solve the problem of what to do and how to do next in performance work from the practical level.
