Research On Asset Securitization Of Automobile Finance Company

Sustained economic growth,per capital income growth,and growt h in car ownership led to a significant increase in demand for car loans, and the development of auto finance companies will promote the dev elopment of the automotive industry. However, compared with develo ped countries, China’s auto finance company is still in the early stages of development, and the situation of the auto finance companies can n ot meet and effectively promote the development of the automotive in dustry. The reason is that the auto finance companies used to increase t he capital to solve the financing problem, but this way is inefficient. A sset securitization as an important financial derivatives, due to its enha need liquidity, reduce financial risk and other characteristics, are widel y used to improve corporate financial structure, to solve the financing problem. Therefore, asset securitization research of the auto finance co mpany is significant.This paper discusses the concepts of asset securitization and auto finance,and studies the specific case of automobile finance company asset securitization, then provide a reference for auto finance compani es to better implement asset securitization and improve the financial st ructure.
