Research On The Problem Of The Financial Exclusion Of Liaoning Province

In the context of financial globalization,financial institutions including banks is facing unprecedented competition and pressure to survive. On one hand, financial institutions emphasize the development of large and medium enterprise market and high-income groups, on the other hand, they deliberately alienated low income and high risk customers. What the above mentioned results in more and more small and micro enterprises and rural residents facing financing difficulties, thereby they suffer the issue of financial exclusion. Under the influence of various factors, there is a big difference in the level of each city in Liaoning Province about financial development. And part of the crowd and enterprises are difficult or even hardly to have access to financial services. Liaoning Province have the problem of financial exclusion. Therefore on the basis of previous studies,the article builds a theory framework of financial exclusion to analysis financial exclusion problem of Liaoning Province. First, sort out the existing literature and give an overview of the definition and categories of financial exclusion. The article give a qualitative analysis of the causes of the financial problems as well as the impact of financial exclusion. Secondly, the article analyzes the current situation of the financial exclusion of Liaoning Province. The current situation relates to rural financial, small and medium-sized enterprises and regional financial. The article measure the degree of financial exclusion by building the financial exclusion index. According to the data of 14 cities in Liaoning Province, the analysis obtains the financial exclusion index of Liaoning Province. Again, on the base of the current situation of the financial exclusion of Liaoning Province, the article use the statistical data and tools to find the factors which influences the degree of financial exclusion of Liaoning Province and analyze the impact of financial exclusion in Liaoning Province. The impact involves economic growth, per income and so on. Finally, according to the reasons of the financial exclusion of Liaoning Province, the article presents some corresponding countermeasures.
